  • We unfortunately do not process refunds for change of mind or if the pods are not compatible with your machine, as we clearly state that our pods are only compatible with Nespresso® machines.


    However, if you receive the incorrect order, or if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we're more than happy to give you a full refund. Please contact us here.

  • Your subscription will renew on the same date each month. If a monthly subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date will change when the renewal month doesn't have a corresponding date. For example, a monthly subscription started on August 31 will renew on September 30, and it will continue to renew on the 30th of each month until February. In February, it will renew on the 28th, and will continue to renew on the 28th indefinitely.

  • Yes, you can cancel at any time through your customer account. If you have any issue, please contact us here and we will cancel your subscription for you.

  • Our coffee pods are biodegradable and compostable. They will break down in an industrial composting facility in 90 days. Please check in with your local council to see if they have an industrial compost facility.

    1. Remove the foi lid (collect for recycling)

    2. Place pod in green waste bin

  • Our coffee and pods are best stored in a cool, dark place.

  • Our pods are currently only compatible with Nespresso® machines.

  • This can depend on your location and current postage delays.

    Generally:
    3-5 business days for VIC, QLD, SA, ACT, or NSW.

    Up to 7 business days for NT, WA, or TAS.
